We usually will only collect sensitive information from clients we are providing services to, or potential clients who have requested our services.

Any sensitive information documented as the result of a one-on-one appointment is maintained in a confidential clinical record as per our ethical and legal obligations on an accredited third party practice management system. Marketing Communications

We may, from time to time, send you newsletters, invitations, information about our services and other marketing communications. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications at any time simply by unsubscribing from emails via the unsubscribe button which can be found at the bottom of each email. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.

Disclosure of your personal data

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:

Ordering products on our site

We will request information from you on our order forms for purchase of products.
